USAA Catastrophe Experience
Worked with business and digital partners to create a new catastrophe advice experience for the USAA website.
Carried out both remote and on-site user research, interviews, testing and synthesizing to come up with insights for the catastrophe insurance experience. Facilitated analysis and synthesis of findings both in-person and remotely.
Carried out stakeholder interviews to re-design internal tools for catastrophe claims monitoring.
Designed UI interfaces used on self-serve kiosks that are deployed to catastrophe-stricken areas. Lead the experience from concepting to wireframes to pixel-perfect mockups.
